Disable IPv6 in Ubuntu 14.04 (and others)

My ISP (ding, dong) is stupid, so I need to disable IPv6.
sudo vim /etc/sysctl.conf
Add these four lines:
# No IPv6
net.ipv6.conf.all.disable_ipv6 = 1
net.ipv6.conf.default.disable_ipv6 = 1
net.ipv6.conf.lo.disable_ipv6 = 1
